$188.00*per night for 2 to 4 persons (2 bedroom/2 full bath)
Special discount of $10.00 per day for 2 persons only using just the master bedroom and 2 bath
Minimum stay: 4 nights.
( minimum stay is negotiable if between existing reservations)

Summer SEASON RATES: July 1st to September 1st 2010:
198.00* per night for 2 to 5 persons
(Master bedroom, Guest bedroom and 2 bath) up to 5 persons
Special discount of $10.00 per day for one or two persons only using just the master bedroom and 2 bath
Minimum stay 5 nights
(minimum stay is negotiable if between other reservations).

Off season Rates: Sept. 2nd to December 10th 2010:
$188.00 per night for two to five persons
Special discount of $10.00 per day for one or two persons only using just the master bedroom and 2 bath

Winter rates: December 15th to April 10th 2011
$198.00 per night for two to five persons
Special discount of $10.00 per day for one or two persons only using just the master bedroom and 2 bath

Ironman: 2010: Booked already

Cleaning fees:
$ 110.00 double occupancy
$ 125.00 for 3 to 5 persons

Security Deposit: $ 200.00 ( fully refundable within 4 days of departure and after inventory and damage check)

Should you have any better offers from another condo in the ocean front location please let me know the condo complex and unit number so that I can try to match this offer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and AMEX
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.

Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or resposible for any construction, repairs or issues arising outside of her condo # 404. This would be beyond her control.
